What can you do with the NeuroGenerator databases?

Compare your statistically significant activations with all other statistically significant activations present in the database and in the format that your own data will have.
To calculate how much of your activations are located to which cytoarchitectural areas.
Find networks of coactivated areas which match or don't match your own activations.
Use interactive visual tools to define your query space in the brain (for example either to find out how many other statistically significant activations will overlap your one particular significant activation
Make VOI's at your choice to examine all statistically significant activations and their extent and overlap within a certain brain space or define a set of VOI's, for example corresponding to your activations and asking similar questions etc).
Apply Boolean operators and calculate volumes of union, intersection etc.
Use information in the database to search for common denominators of activations engaging a particular defined brain space.
Examples of data:

Cytoarchitectural data

Significant clusters in Talairach space
