How to submit
In order to submit to NeuroGenerator you will have to
download the submission program. You can download the submission interface
from this web page: www.neurogenerator.org/submission.
A good
advice is to organize your raw data and the data describing the
methods you have used and eventual psychophysical data or data related
to the scannings in the form of measurements of correct performance
reaction times etc as well as data describing the age and handedness
of your subjects before you start to work on the submission interface.
Once this is organized it won't take you long to submit.
Please be aware that all submitted data must fit the following
standards.
 |
PET data should be reconstructed with a 4 mm
Hanning filter, originating from a 3D PET scanner having a full
field of view in the axial direction of a minimum of 140 mm |
 |
FMRI. The maximum accepted voxel size should
be of 3.5x3.5 mm in the plane times 5 mm in the axial direction.
The data should be obtained with a spiral or EPI pulse sequence.
The data should cover a minimum of 140 mm in the axial direction.
|
 |
Anatomical MR's: Each subject's raw data as
above should be accompanied by a high quality MR scan of the
brain with a maximal voxel edge length of 1.5 mm and a maximal
voxel volume of 2.25 mm3. |
Please be aware that these are the absolute minimal
standard meaning that if data are better than the above, then they
are of course fitting the standards. If you have any questions, contact:
